But I will say I do really appreciate the lady that fixed his hair the best she could. And to the normal lady that cuts his hair you two are great and deserve to get a 5 star.
He came home and it was terrible. It looked like he cut his own hair. She shaved the bottom by his neck a size 1 and then in the middle used a 2 so there was a line and strands sticking out every where. The bottom wasn't even cleaned up nicely it is like she missed an entire spot and then some spots didn't have barely any hair. Then she cut his bangs crooked and as short as his hair line. And my child sits very well getting a hair cut so no reason why it should have looked like that.
I called to schedule an appointment for my son and boyfriend. My boyfriend took him to get a haircut and I told him exactly how they normally do it a size 2 on the back and sides and just trim the top a little.
I just can't believe she would even let him out of the shop like that and right before Christmas... Come on..
So I decided to call and talked to another lady to see if we could fix it. She was amazing and got him in right away to fix it.
I recently went to this salon for a cut & color. I showed Amy Shepro, the stylist, multiple pictures of a balayage-like style. She proceeded to give me extremely chunky, yellow highlights and a terrible cut. You could see steps in my hair where she tried to do layers. The color looked like a skunk. I requested it be fixed by her and she was not able to get me in for another week. I asked for another stylist and was declined. I went to another salon that day and had it fixed. I requested a refund and was told by Amy that is was not her fault I didn't like it and would not be getting a refund. Do not trust this place and especially Amy Shepro with your hair!
I take my son to get a hair cut at Create Salon every couple months. We always have the same girl and I absolutely love her.
I usually do not put bad reviews only try to give good feedback but I wasn't pleased. And I can't believe she would let someone walk out of the salon like this. Very disappointing!
After thinking it over an we had many people tell us I can't believe she cut his hair like that I would call and complain.
